Return Policy

At Sonoma Restorations, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Custom orders or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
- Products showing signs of use, installation, or modification are not eligible for return.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@sonomarestorations.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review the details and approve or decline the return based on the eligibility criteria.
- Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was received damaged or incorrect. In these cases, Sonoma Restorations will cover the return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Sonoma Restorations is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
- Shipping fees and handling costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. You may be asked to provide photographs of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
6. Exceptions
- Products purchased as part of a sale or promotional event may have limited or different return conditions. These will be clearly stated during the purchase process.
- Due to the nature of our upcycled materials, minor imperfections or natural variations in color, grain, and texture are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return.
7. Return Policy Updates
Sonoma Restorations reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to any orders placed after the effective date of the policy update.
