Yes—every piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans in small workshops across the U.S. Our design, customer service, and operations teams are based in Sonoma County, California.
Most orders are built within 5–20 business days, depending on the product’s complexity (details are listed on each product page). Once shipped, transit typically takes 3–7 business days based on your location.
We don’t create one-off custom builds, but our standardized designs ensure consistent quality and safety. Because we work with reclaimed materials, every piece still has its own unique character—no two are ever exactly alike.
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only, and white-glove delivery isn’t yet available. We’re exploring expanded options for the future and appreciate your understanding.
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $199. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional fee. Delivery estimates and upgrade options are shown at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to photograph both the packaging and the item itself, then reach out to us right away. We’ll take care of the replacement process and manage the claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Absolutely. We purchase expired barrels, bottles, corks, reclaimed wood, and other materials from wineries, distilleries, ranches, and similar operations. We also collaborate with select partners on co-branded and affiliate-based programs.
