Cantt™ Wooden Table Lamp

The Cantt™ Wooden Table Lamp starts as the barrelhead’s edge pieces—called “cants”—that once helped seal a barrel for decades. We trim and sand these reclaimed sections for uniformity, then rebuild them into a compact 21" table lamp using new electrical components and finishing hardware. Each piece is naturally one-of-a-kind; some reveal more inner char than others, and many showcase cooperage marks, distillers’ notes, or other preserved history that we’ll highlight with your order.

• Surface Finish: Lightly sanded for uniformity while preserving natural character. Any exposed char is carefully scraped and sealed with an all-natural beeswax to protect the oak and highlight its grain with a subtle, low-sheen finish.
• Care: Dust with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasives.
• Keep away from standing water and prolonged high humidity.
• DO NOT use outdoors or in damp environments.
• If desired, you can refresh the finish over time with a light coat of natural beeswax.
